Unilateral Pricing Policy (UPP)
Items subject to UPP pricing
This policy essentially commits a manufacturer’s authorized online reseller to sell a selected product at no less than the lowest price dictated by the manufacturer. This policy is unilateral and non-negotiable for the reseller. Any reseller selling a UPP item at prices (on a net basis) below its set UPP price will be subject to the manufacturer’s suspension of supply of that product. Furthermore, this policy also prohibits the reseller from advertising or selling the manufacturer’s product at prices below the set UPP price. Contact Lens King's compliance with this policy is compulsory and without the option for a reasonable alternative.
